PERSONAL COUNSELLING

Decision Making Made Simple

Our Counselling Approach

In your first session with us, your counsellor will listen to the problems that you have and will suggest the way forward to you upon discussion with yourself. Rest assured, our counsellors are fully committed to helping you resolve your problems. Get in touch with us today for a free initial consultation.

We use various types of counselling approach depending on the individual and nature of concerns.

  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT): Behavioural therapies are based on the way you think (cognitive) and/or the way you behave. These therapies recognise that it is possible to change, or recondition our thoughts or behaviour to overcome specific problems.

  • Couples counselling (CC): Couples counselling is a type of therapy that looks to aid communication and facilitate change within an intimate relationship.

  • Humanistic therapy (HT): Humanistic therapies focus on self-development, growth and responsibilities.

Our counselling approaches may be applied on a one-to-one or couples basis for individuals or couples.
